The tool to support the discussion about the programme quality
Programme committees (PCs), as a participation body, perform an important legal task within programmes. In order to provide solicited and unsolicited advice to programme directors, they depend on information and data. A dashboard with real-time data can easily support PCs in carrying out their legal duties to contribute to the quality of the programme together with the programme director. In addition, the PC dashboard also contributes to the following:
The PC Dashboard will first come into use in 2024 and is being launched to improve the above points for all UvA programme committees. However, more features will be added to the dashboard in the future, such as NSE data. In addition, feedback from PC members will also be collected to continue optimizing the dashboard in the future.
In addition, the PC dashboard only shows an overview of the ‘standard questions’ from the student feedback. The integration of reports with all questions and answers from the new system Evalytics is being implemented, so that this can also be downloaded via the PC dashboard.
Note: Currently the PC dashboard does not work for ACTA or the faculty of medicine.
To start using the PC dashboard, a PC member must submit an application via an app. This application must be approved by an authorized staff member, (often the PC's official secretary). Once the member's application is approved, the PC member can then log into the dashboard. Employees that support the PC or the programme director can also be added via this method if that is desired.
Read the steps for the application in the manual and request access by clicking on this link: Request access or change/remove user PC Dashboard
Once a PC a member already has access to the dashboard they can also be removed via the same form following the other other manual.
Note: to complete the request, your device must be connected to the UvA WiFi network or the UvA VPN. Still an error with the app? Ask a colleauge, fellow student or the PC secretary if they can fill it in for you.
Once the application is approved, a PC member can start using the dashboard.
